PSI Vietnam is now seeking a qualified Insurer Company to provide Personal accident & Health insurance package for staff & dependents for PSI in period 2020-2021

Could you please study the details in the attached files and send us quotation upon PSI’s requirement, paying attention to the followings:

1.      Use attached PSI quotation form No. PSI-SVC-20-07 Personal health and Accident Insurance 2020-2021
2.      Properly sign and stamp your quotation
3.      Indicate outside the envelop with: Quotation “Personal accident & Health insurance – No. SVC-20-07”
4.      Send your quotation via one of the followings:
- Hand-deliver it to PSI office at 11th Floor, Vinafor Building, 127 Lo Duc, Hanoi.

The deadline for submitting quotation is 16 pm Wednesday 27th May 2020
