[opportunities] Looking for consultant terms for midterm review

Dear colleagues and friends,

The Norwegian Mission Alliance (NMAV) is currently looking for consultant(s) to do a Mid Term Review of the Climate Change Resilience program (2018–2022). Please see the attached TORs for more details or in our webpage www.nmav.org<http://www.nmav.org>

The consultant is expected to submit (1) an inception report (2) an MTR report with findings, analysis, observations and actionable recommendations (3) run a stakeholder workshop validating key findings.

Candidates need to submit a) updated CV b) technical proposal including methodology and timeline (max 5 pages) c) financial plan.
