WWF-Viet Nam is looking for a consultant or team of consultants (in the
following, the singular will be used) to support the development of an
awareness raising campaign targeting stakeholders in the Mekong delta and
at the national level, in support of an ongoing third-party funded project
on making sand extraction in the Mekong delta sustainable, under
the project: Drifting Sands: Mitigating the impacts of climate change in
the Mekong Delta through public and private sector engagement in the sand
industry.

Supervised by:        Mr. Ivan L. White, WWF-Viet Nam
Work location:         Home-based, may include national travel within Viet
Nam
Duration:                 November 20th 2020 – April 30th, 2020

Interested bidders shall submit their tender (Technical and Financial -
inclusive of Viet Nam 20% VAT and of breakdown by days and daily rates.
Please note that Local travel will be reimbursed based on prior agreement
with the contractor and as per regulations in annex), clearly stating their
motivation, proposed methodology, their fit for this assignment, supported
by a CV, website with showcasing communication capacity, and a portfolio of
