[opportunities] Searching for a consultant to conduct an inclusion assessment in TVET

Dear colleagues,
The joint Vietnamese-German technical cooperation programme “Reform of
Technical Vocational Education and Training in Viet Nam II” (TVET
Programme) aims to better align TVET in Viet Nam to the changing world of
work. It is funded by the German Ministry of Economic Cooperation and
Development (Bundesministerium für wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und
Entwicklung, BMZ) with counterpart funds from the Vietnamese Government.
The implementing agencies are the GIZ and the Directorate of Vocational
Education and Training (DVET) under the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and
Social Affairs (MoLISA).

The Programme is now looking for a local consultant to perform an inclusion
assessment. The objective of this assignment is to carry out an assessment
of two training programmes in industrial electronics and mechatronics at
two support vocational colleges as well as to identify specific support
measures that are needed for promoting inclusive TVET in these occupations.

The consultant is expected to have profound knowledge on disability rights
and inclusion; experience in vocational education and training is an asset.
