Wildlife Conservation Society, Viet Nam Program (WCS) is seeking for a supplier who provides equipment (38 tablets and 38 smart keyboards) with specifications are as follows:
1. Tablet (equivalent to iPad 10.2)
- Screen size: 10.2 inches or more
- Touch screen
- Memory storage: 128Gb or more
- Back camera 8MP or more, Front camera 1.2 MP or more
- Up to 10 hours of battery life
- Chipset equivalent to A12 Bionic
- CPU 2x2.5GHz, 4x1.6GHz
- Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS connection
- Weight: 500g or less
- Warranty: at least 12 months
- 100% brand new
- Officially distributed in Viet Nam by authorized companies.
2. Wireless smart keyboard
- Compatible with the above tablet.
- Warranty: at least 12 months
- 100% brand new
- Officially distributed in Viet Nam by authorized companies.

Proposal should include:
1. Copy of Business license.
2. Copy of Authorization letter.
3. Copy of 2 similar contracts has been done recently.
4. Signed and stamped quotation.
5. Commitment letter on CO, CQ submission.

Interested suppliers please send the proposal in a sealed envelope to WCS Viet Nam office at D Building, No. 3 Thanh Cong, Ba Dinh, Ha Noi.
Deadline for proposal submission: 16h00, May 05th, 2021.
