American Red Cross is currently looking for Consultancy service for developing a Guidelines for Early Warning System (EWS) Audit which under the “Building Resilience to Natural Hazards in Central Vietnam – Phase III” project implemented by Consortium of the American Red Cross (as lead – working with and through Vietnam Red Cross), Catholic Relief Services, HelpAge International, Plan International and Save the Children International.
