Dear NGORC and Ms. Bui Kim Ngan,

American Red Cross is currently looking for Consultancy service for developing a Guidelines for Early Warning System (EWS) Audit which under the “Building Resilience to Natural Hazards in Central Vietnam – Phase III” project implemented by Consortium of the American Red Cross (as lead – working with and through Vietnam Red Cross), Catholic Relief Services, HelpAge International, Plan International and Save the Children International. The announcement with the TOR attached has posted onto NGORC website and circulated among opportunities mailing lists from August 3.

We would like to extend the deadline for the application submission to August 13, 2021.
