Dear all,

The USAID Workforce for an Innovation and Start-up Ecosystem (WISE) is
USAID Vietnam’s effort to innovate ways to develop the workforce readiness
sector by supporting the country’s burgeoning private sector and non-profit
market for training workers in Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) skill
sets. The goal of USAID’s WISE activity is to pilot solutions that could
improve Vietnam’s 4IR workforce readiness status. WISE is managed under
USAID’s U.S. Support for Economic Growth in Asia (US-SEGA) program, which
aims to improve the policy environment for sustainable economic growth and
prosperity. The Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI)’s National
Innovation Center (NIC) is the Government of Vietnam’s partner for the WISE
pilot. The activity will build the capacity of the Ministry of Planning and
Investment’s National Innovation Center to effectively partner with the
private sector to promote STEM upskilling and reskilling of the workforce.

USAID WISE – Nathan Associate is looking for a firm or firm(s) to develop
(i) *NIC’s LMS*

(ii) *an online digital economy training*

that
will be used to strengthen capacity and build educational and professional
skills and competencies for NIC’s staff and other stakeholders.
