WWF-Viet Nam is looking for a service provider (consultant or team of
consultants) to conduct an assessment of existing regulatory and policy
frameworks and practices for sustainable sand and gravel extraction in
fluvial systems worldwide. The detailed objectives and scopes of work of
the assignment are presented in the Terms of Reference which is attached to
this Advertisement. The assignment is within the framework of Project "Drifting
Sands: Mitigating the impacts of climate change in the Mekong Delta through
public and private sector engagement in the sand industry".

Duration:                February 4th, 2021 to March 20th, 2021

HOW TO APPLY:
Qualified and interested candidates are hereby requested to bid (either as
a team or individually). The tender should contain the following:


   - A technical proposal with a brief description of why the consultant
   considers him/herself as the most suitable for the assignment, and a
   detailed clear methodology, on how they will approach and complete the
   assignment
   - A Financial proposal that indicates the all-inclusive fixed total
   contract price, supported by a breakdown of costs.
   - The technical proposal should also contain a personal CV and as well
   as the contact details (email and telephone number) of the candidate, a
   list of relevant previous assignments/contracts and at least three (3)
   professional references.

Your e-mail must have the subject heading indicating IKI SMP POLICY REVIEW
CONSULTANCY. For additional information or clarification, bidders are
requested to address to the same above mentioned contact.

Please kindly note that each email submission may not exceed 25MB in size
