www.vnah-hev.org), a U.S based NGO, is recruiting a Vietnamese national
Finance Officer/Accountant for a disability project funded by USAID, as
follows:

 

Position title:         Finance Officer / Accountant (FO/A) (1 position)

Work Station:        Hanoi

Contract term:       Up to 3 years (2021 - 2023)

 

Qualification and Experience:

-         University degree in accounting/finance, 

-         At least 3 years working in finance/accounting field, experience
with INGO is preferred

-         Proficiency in using accounting software, QuickBooks experience is
an asset

 

Competences:

-         Integrity and accountability

-         Carefulness, detail and discipline

-         Good skills in communication, interpersonal and teamwork

-         Good verbal and written communication in English

-         Planning & time management
