American Red Cross is currently looking for Consultancy service for Final evaluation of the project “Building resilience to natural hazards in Central Vietnam – phase III” which implemented by Consortium of the American Red Cross (as lead – working with and through Vietnam Red Cross), Catholic Relief Services, HelpAge International, Plan International and Save the Children International.
