Action on Poverty (AOP) in Vietnam is now seeking a qualified and highly motivated Vietnamese candidate to fill the vacancy of HR & Operations Manager. Please kindly find attached JD for more information.

The purpose of this position is to provide overall leadership to Human Resources Management, Operations, Organizational Development functions and support the strategic direction of AOP in Vietnam.


  *   Job title: HR & Operations Manager
  *   Effective date: March 2021
  *   Contract type: Full-time fixed-term contract (renewable)
  *   Working location: Hanoi office
  *   Reports to: Asia Regional Director
