[opportunities] Individual consultant to conduct report for the documentation of Safe School Framework implementation

The documentation of Safe School Framework implementation at school level aims to collect the best practices, challenges and recommendations from schools in project areas and non-project areas to advocate for MoET, local authorities and other stakeholder in improving the quality of school based DRR program in the future.  The report of this activity will be highlighting the following issues:

(1)  Do the existing guidance and tools need to be revised to be suitable for schools in different areas with different hazards?

(2)  What is the status of implementation of this model at school level after two years of issuing the Safe School Framework? What are differences between the implementation of this model in schools in different areas in Vietnam and between schools with additional support from projects by NGOs and schools with their own available funds only?

(3)  What are good practices, lessons learnt in the implementation of this model in schools, including successes, challenges and solutions?

(4)  What are actionable recommendations from schools to MoET and local authorities to improve the quality of this model in schools in the future?
