Dear interested bidders/*Kính gửi Quý Nhà thầu,*

WWF-Viet Nam is now requesting interested bidders to submit quotations
for *Providing
office and IT equipment* for WWF-Viet Nam’s Fiscal Year 22 (from July 2021
to June 2022). Technical Specifications and Quantities of Goods to be

*WWF-Việt Nam kính mời Quý Nhà thầu gửi báo giá cung cấp thiết bị điện tử,
máy văn phòng *cho năm tài chính FY 22 (từ tháng 7/2021 đến 6/2022) của

   1. The quotation shall be quoted in VND for a fixed price including all
   taxes and shall remain valid for at least 90 days after the submission
   deadline;

*Quý Nhà thầu vui lòng chào giá cố định bằng đồng Việt Nam, bao gồm tất cả
các khoản thuế phí, và hồ sơ báo giá phải có hiệu lực ít nhất 90 ngày kể từ
ngày hết hạn nộp hồ sơ.*


   1. Documents to be supplied with the quotation/*Hồ sơ báo giá bao gồm:*
      - Declaration*/Bản tuyên bố: *The format is provided in the Annex II
      for your use/ *Bản tuyên bố: theo mẫu đính kèm tại Phụ lục II.*
      - The Submission Form: The format is provided in the Annex III for
      your use/ *Đơn chào giá: theo mẫu đính kèm tại Phụ lục III.*
      - Company profile, a copy of business license /*Bản sao đăng ký kinh
      doanh, hồ sơ năng lực của công ty*
      - Detailed quotation as in Annex IV/*Bảng chào giá chi tiết theo mẫu
      tại Phụ lục IV.*
   2. The quotation shall be submitted to WWF-Việt Nam no later than 3 PM, 25th
   May 2021 in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Ref 51.21: Providing
   office and IT equipment”. The sealed envelope shall be addressed to
   WWF-Việt Nam at the following address

*Quý Nhà thầu vui lòng gửi hồ sơ chào giá trước 3 giờ chiều ngày
25/05/2021 trong phong bì niêm phong dán kín, ghi rõ tiêu đề “Gói thầu
51.21: Cung cấp thiết bị điện tử, máy văn phòng” đến WWF-Việt Nam theo địa
chỉ dưới đây:*

ALTERNATIVELY, bidders have the option of submitting their Quotation
electronically by email to procurement at wwf.org.vn. The subject of the email
should be clearly marked “Ref 51.21: Providing office and IT equipment”.
Please kindly be noted that limited size of the attached files should not
exceed 25MB.
HOẶC *nhà thầu có thể gửi hồ sơ chào giá bản điện tử đến hòm thư *
procurement at wwf.org.vn. *Tiêu đề thư* *ghi rõ “Gói thầu 51.21: cung cấp
thiết bị điện tử, máy văn phòng.” *Nhà thầu lưu ý dung lượng của file mềm
hồ sơ dự thầu không nên vượt quá 25MB.


   1. WWF-Viet Nam reserves the right not to accept any bid failing to meet
   the requirements stated in this call for quotations. WWF-Viet Nam can
   cancel the process entirely and re-launch the bidding process in line with
   its procurement policy.

*WWF-Việt Nam có quyền từ chối bất kỳ bảng chào giá nào không đáp ứng các
yêu cầu đã nêu ra trong thư mời thầu. Trong các trường hợp đã được nêu rõ
trong chính sách mua sắm của mình, WWF Việt Nam có thể hủy toàn bộ quá
trình thầu và mở thầu lại.*


   1. WWF-Viet Nam will evaluate the quotations received and a contract
   will be awarded to the supplier(s) whose quotation is competitive and other
   requirements are satisfactory.

*WWF-Việt Nam sẽ đánh giá các hồ sơ chào giá nhận được và hợp đồng sẽ được
trao cho (các) nhà thầu có giá chào cạnh tranh và đáp ứng các yêu cầu khác
của WWF-Việt Nam.*

   1. The evaluation criteria list is attached in the Annex V.
