Brief:

For  Vietnamese  Stature  Foundation  (VSF)  is  a  non-profit  foundation,
established  and  licensed  by  the  Ministry  of  Home  Affairs in 2014 to
contribute to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with
particular emphasis on SDGs related to education, equality, health care and
sustainable development.


To  achieve  this  mission,  VSF  has been implementing 5 core programs: i)
School  Nutrition Program; ii) Child Protection Program; iii) Young Talents
Nurturing Program; iv) Act For Environment Program; v) Healthcare for Women
of Reproductive Age.

In  addition,  VSF  also  regularly  conducts  or  sponsors  charitable and
humanitarian  activities  such  as the Blood Donation Program “Red Sunday”,
“Tet  for  the  poor”, milk and meals donation for disadvantaged pediatric,
heart surgery for children, civil construction such as building schools and
bridges, etc.

VSF is currently seeking a suitable candidate to fill the position:


PROGRAMME ASSISTANT

Report to: Coordinator

Workplace: Opera Business Center, 60 Ly Thai To, Hoan Kiem, Ha Noi

Type of job: Full -time

Expected starting date: 25/10/2021

Duration: 12 months (can be renewed)

Main responsibility:

   ü 	Be  manager  of  "Growing  up  with  mountainous preschool students”
      project

   ü 	Assist  the  team  in  planning,  implementing  and  monitoring  the
      activities of other projects

   ü 	Be  responsible for performing general administrative tasks (such as
      preparing   logistics   for  travels  and  events/meetings;  sorting,
      screening  and  distributing incoming mail, pouch, fax and processing
      outgoing  mail,  fax,  pouch;  maintaining an effective office filing
      system, etc.)

   ü 	Any  other  reasonable,  ad  hoc  tasks  as  required  by team, e.g.
      translation from Vietnamese to English and vice versa.

Requirement:

   ü 	Dynamic,  responsible,  attention  to  details,  strong  passion for
      serving the society

   ü  	Skills:  Good  communication  and  presentation  skills,  and  good
      organisational skill

   ü	Language: Fluent in Vietnamese and English (verbal and written)

   ü	Education: University degree

   ü 	Work  experience  in  programme/projects  planning and management is
      preferable.
