The IFC's Gender and Economic Inclusion Group (GEIG) works across investment and advisory services to enhance gender-smart private sector development. We help companies close gender gaps by building the capacity of colleagues and clients to drive gender-aware and inclusive business growth.
Our Team are looking for a short-term consultant (STC) to join our team and support the delivery of our gender advisories in Vietnam. We are looking for a person with 8 – 10 years of experience in one or more of the following field: Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Corporate Social Responsibilities, Gender/ Equal opportunity, having direct work experience in or with the private sector, and with excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
