[opportunities] REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: CONSULTANT ON GENDER ANALYSIS

Dear Potential Service Providers,


Centre for Social Initiatives Promotion (CSIP) is a science and technology
organization under the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology
Associations. CSIP promotes development of social enterprises and social
initiatives by building a social entrepreneurship movement in Vietnam and
in the SEA region. Established in 2008, CSIP aims to provide direct
investment and support to people and social enterprises who apply
innovative and sustainable business solutions to solve social and
environmental issues.

Recently, CSIP is supported by USAID/Vietnam to implement the project:
Improving the quality of life of persons with disabilities in Dong Nai, Tay
Ninh and Binh Phuoc provinces (hereinafter referred to as CSIP- Inclusion
3). CSIP- Inclusion 3 aims to improve the quality of life of persons with
disabilities, regardless of cause, by expanding and improving
rehabilitation and social services, enhancing policy implementation, and
building service provider capacity of national and local government
disabilities agencies as well as community disabilities organizations in
targeted provinces.

Under CSIP-Inclusion 3, CSIP would like to request for proposals from *eligible
national consulting companies, consulting groups of professionals and
non-profit organizations* (hereinafter-called Consultants) to provide
consulting service on Gender Analysis.

*Work location: *mainly in Hanoi; with business trip(s) to Dong Nai, Binh
Phuoc, Tay Ninh province (if necessary).

*Period of Performance:* May 2022 – July 2022

All proposals must be sent to procurement at csip.vn no later than *30th,
April 2022* with no absence of any documents below:

   - Draft design of data collection and reporting process;
   - Tentative Implementation Plan;
   - Tentative Human Resource Plan; and
   - Cost Estimates (with no travelling cost, per diem,.. included; since
   these expenses will be directly paid by CSIP in case of field trip to
   project provinces).
