The USAID Vietnam Urban Energy Security is currently seeking for 2 positions: Technical Specialist and Administrative Assistant who are based in Ho Chi Minh City.


1.      The Technical Specialist: will support the Clean Energy Task Force (CTF) and DOIT on energy strategy and plan implementation in Ho Chi Minh City. The Technical Specialist will also work closely with other project staff as required to ensure successful implementation across all activities, including monitoring, evaluation, and learning; implementation of the Activity Fund; project reporting; and other activities identified throughout the life of the project.

2.      The Administrative Assistant: will be responsible for ensuring the overall operations and administration of the USAID Vietnam Urban Energy in Ho Chi Minh City (the Project), including handling administrative tasks for the Project, providing secretarial support Project Management Unit (PMU), and connecting relevant Project's stakeholders in related Project's activity implementation.
