Background

The Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC) is a five-year, global project funded by the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). EpiC Vietnam’s goal is to deliver efficient, affordable, results-based technical assistance and direct services while closing remaining gaps in Vietnam’s efforts to meet HIV epidemic control targets and address the COVID-19 pandemic.
We are seeking qualified vendors to provide installation and construction work of medical gaseous, oxygen piping and accessories to connect with existing liquid oxygen systems [vacuum insulated evaporator (VIE) systems] for 2 hospitals located in Bình Dương (Bến Cát and Bắc Tân Uyên).
The attached documents include detail design for changes at Bac Tan Uyen DHC. Please cost and develop an installation plan with estimated budget for the site as part of the application package.
