interested in your project
In short, I am a retired French police officer having worked in
international cooperation of police  for 11 years, including 7 years in
Vietnam with the MSP, as Deputy Attache of homeland Security in TP HCM and
Regional interministerial project manager within the MSP in Hanoi then more
recently as a Key Expert within a European Project for the police in
Myanmar.
