 - 02 Quản lý/Cố vấn Kỹ thuật Hợp phần Cải thiện môi trường kinh doanh tại Hà Nội nhằm thực hiện và hỗ trợ quản lý kế hoạch hoạt động hàng năm cho Hợp phần 1 và Hợp phần 2 nhất quán theo sự chỉ đạo của Giám đốc Dự án và sự giám sát của Trưởng nhóm Hợp phần Cải thiện môi trường kinh doanh của dự án Kết Nối Doanh Nghiệp Nhỏ Và Vừa của tổ chức USAID.
