CARE is calling for Consultant/supplier to: (1)  support EC to develop website for Monitoring and supervision purpose. (2): Develop mobile apps (user app and administering app) collecting feedback and administering system tasks (Hỗ trợ HĐ DT xây dựng trang web quản trị và theo dõi và Hỗ trợ xây dựng ứng dụng theo dõi và giám sát), for more detailed works please refer to attached TOR.
