THANH LÝ TÀI SẢN

SNV Việt Nam thanh lý một số thiết bị và nội thất văn phòng với thông tin chi tiết trong tài liệu đính kèm. Tất cả những mặt hàng này đều có sẵn tại Văn phòng SNV tại Hà Nội – Tầng 3, Nhà D, Nhà khách La Thành, số 226 Vạn Phúc, Ba Đình, Hà Nội. Mỗi người tham gia đấu giá có thể đặt giá riêng cho từng mặt hàng.

Đối tượng mời thầu:                    Không hạn chế. Người trúng thầu sẽ chi trả chi phí tháo dỡ và vận chuyển.
Cách thức đấu thầu:                     Đấu thầu rộng rãi. Người tham gia đấu thầu in mẫu đính kèm, ghi giá đấu thầu bằng đồng Việt Nam.
Phong bì ghi rõ “Tham gia đấu thầu tài sản” và gửi trực tiếp tới: Bùi Thị Phương Thảo - SNV Việt Nam, Tầng 3, Nhà D, Khách sạn La Thành, 226 Vạn Phúc, Ba Đình, Hà Nội.
Mức giá khởi điểm:                      200.000 đồng (Hai trăm nghìn đồng) cho từng hạng mục
Thời gian đóng thầu:                   16h30 ngày 15 tháng 03 năm 2022.

Đề nghị người tham gia ghi đúng số điện thoại/ địa chỉ thư điện tử đang sử dụng để nhận được thông báo trong trường hợp trúng thầu.
Nếu người bỏ thầu cao nhất không đến làm thủ tục trong vòng 03 ngày sau khi thông báo, SNV có quyền hủy thông báo trúng thầu và báo cho người bỏ giá cao tiếp theo.
Đây là hình thức đấu thầu kín, vì vậy SNV chỉ chấp nhận đấu thầu trong phong bì niêm phong và gửi cho tới SNV theo biểu mẫu đấu thầu trong tệp đính kèm và kết quả sẽ được thông báo qua email sau khi đóng thầu.

Người tham gia đấu thầu có thể xem hàng bằng cách liên hệ với Thảo hoặc Hải trong giờ làm việc.

DISPOSAL OF OFFICE ASSET

SNV Vietnam is disposing some office equipment and furniture with details in the attachment. All these items are available in SNV Hanoi Office located at 3rd Floor, Building D, La Thanh Hotel, 226 Van Phuc, Ba Dinh, Hanoi. Each bidder can bid a separate price for each item..

Bidding method:                           Open bidding. The winners will be responsible for all moving and uninstallation cost.
The bidding form can be found in the attachment and sent to Bui Thi Phuong Thao - SNV Office, 3rd Floor, Building D, La Thanh Hotel, 226 Van Phuc, Ba Dinh, Hanoi. The result will be informed by email after closed bid opening
Minimum bid:                                200,000 VND (two hundred thousand dong) per item.
Bid closing time:                            16h30 on March 15, 2022.

If the highest bidder does not come to SNV office to complete the procedures within 03 days after notification, SNV has the right to cancel the notice of winning bid and notify the next highest bidder.
This is a closed bidding, so only bidding in sealed envelopes are accepted.

Viewing and inspection of the items can be arranged by contacting Thao or Hai IT during working hours.
