Supplier to Provide Workshop Organizing Services in HCMC, Ha Noi, Nha Trang

Wildlife Conservation Society, Viet Nam Program (WCS) is seeking for Supplier(s) who provides organizing services for workshops in HCMC (6 December), Ha Noi (8 December) and Nha Trang (13 December), 2022 with the following requirements:

1. Requirements for companies participating in the bid:

  *   has at least 5 years of experience in organizing event, workshop.
  *   has organized at least 5 workshops with similar number of participants and length of of events for state/governmental organizations/agencies
  *   commits to have at least 2 supporting/coordinating staff with more than 3 years of experience in similar events to support on site for each workshop

2. Requirements for venues:

  *   Details in quotation forms for each workshop

Proposals (hard copy) should be sent in sealed envelope to WCS office at D building, No. 3 Thanh Cong, Ba Dinh, Ha Noi, including:

  1.  Quotation (attached form)
  2.  Hotel information (attached form)
  3.  Photos of the suggested meeting rooms
  4.  Menus for meals
Deadline for proposal submissions: 16h00 21st November, 2022
