Supplier to Provide Workshop Organizing Services in Vung Tau

Wildlife Conservation Society, Viet Nam Program (WCS) is seeking for Supplier(s) who provides workshop organizing services in Vung Tau 21-23 December 2022 with the following requirements:

1. Requirements for companies participating in the bid:

  *   has at least 5 years of experience in organizing event, workshop.
  *   has organized at least 5 workshops with similar number of participants and length of of events for state/governmental organizations/agencies
  *   cooperation with the proposed hotel(s) in 5 recent years (2017 to 2022)
  *   commits to have at least 2 supporting/coordinating staff with more than 3 years of experience in similar events to support on site for each workshop

2. Requirements for venues:

  *   Hotel is with standard of 4 star or above.
  *   The hotel is with new and good infrastructure. Hotels built in 5-10 recent year or renovated in 3 recent years and near the beach is preferred.
  *   The meeting room is of 280m2 or larger
  *   The meeting rooms are with suitable shape (not being too narrow or too short), without columns obstructing view, ceiling of 3m or higher, with open view (by large door or windows).
  *   The hotel has the required number of rooms for the event’s participants. Room’s area is of least 20m2, all rooms have windows or balconies with open views.
  *   The hotel has restaurant serving Vietnamese cuisine, set menu and buffet. Separate room or area for the workshop’s participants is preferred.

Proposals (hard copy) should be sent in sealed envelope to WCS office at D building, No. 3 Thanh Cong, Ba Dinh, Ha Noi, including:

  1.  Quotation (attached form)
  2.  Hotel information (attached form)
  3.  Photos of the suggested meeting rooms
  4.  Menus for meals
