Helvetas is the largest development organization in Switzerland and one of the leading international NGOs in Europe. For over 60 years, Helvetas has been contributing great efforts to reduce poverty, advance human rights, and fight for justice across the world. Every year, we bring about real change in the lives of over three million disadvantaged people in Africa, Asia, Latin America, and Eastern Europe. Helvetas has been operating in Vietnam since 1994 in the areas of Agriculture, Forestry, Governance, Water and Sanitation, and Rural Development. Today, Helvetas Vietnam’s programs focus on Sustainable and Inclusive Economies, specific interfaces with Climate Change and Vocational Skills Development are considered and further deepened.

Helvetas Vietnam, in a consortium with WWF, IUCN and Fauna and Flora International (FFI) is implementing USAID’s Vietnam Biodiversity Activity, a five-year project covering five provinces of central Vietnam. We are looking for an expert on cooperatives/producer groups management who can provide practical training on cooperative operation management, supervision, and plans development including operation, financial and business plans to the managers of the cooperatives and producer groups in the project target communes in Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue and Quang Nam. Please refer to the Scope of Work (SOW) attached.
