Dear Potential Vendors,

We have been receiving questions regarding our Request for quotation. Please kindly find our response to the question below:


  1.  We need to inquire about the quantity of each printed product in order to get the best price
  2.  With documents (A3,A4), Boolet .etc, the printing price varied due to the quantity of items. So please provide us with the needed quantify for these items for the quotation of proposal.


Please kindly be noted that 1-year term contract will be awarded to the vendor(s) who provide the best value to DAI and its client. The quantity of each printed product will be specified in each order.
For printing service, in the Price schedule template, we have already requested for quotation for items with different quantities (eg: less than 200 pieces, 200 – 500 pieces, more than 500 pieces). The template is free to be adjusted in accordance with the best price offered by the vendor for varied range of quantities.

Please kindly be noted on the deadline for proposal submission is October 28, 2022 (18:00, GMT+7).

DAI – implementer of the USAID Vietnam Urban Energy Security – invites firms to submit a proposal for work to be funded by USAID under the USAID Vietnam Urban Energy Security project.



Please see attached a Request For Proposals (RFP)<https://ngocentre.org.vn/files/20221011-rfp-vues-design-service.pdf> and accompanying Scope of Work (SOW)<https://ngocentre.org.vn/files/20221011-attachment-a-scope-of-work.pdf> for Designing and Producing communications materials, RFP VUES-BREQ-22-0007.

Questions must be submitted no later than 18:00 (GMT+7), October 14, 2022 via email to VUESProcurement at dai.com<mailto:VUESProcurement at dai.com>. Proposals must be submitted no later than 18:00 (GMT+7), October 28, 2022 via email to VUESProcurement at dai.com<mailto:VUESProcurement at dai.com>.



Issuance of this solicitation does not constitute a commitment, award, or engagement on the part of DAI nor does it commit DAI to any future commitment, award, or engagement. However, we will use responses submitted to assess whether procurement for these technical services is appropriate to meet USAID’s needs.



Please use the attached Proposal checklist to ensure all required documents are included in the proposal.

DAI – Đơn vị triển khai dự án An ninh Năng lượng Đô thị Việt Nam – mời quý đơn vị tham gia nộp hồ sơ chào thầu để thực hiện công việc thiết kế và sản xuất các sản phẩm truyền thông của Dự án An ninh Năng lượng Đô thị Việt Nam do USAID tài trợ.



Vui lòng tham khảo đính kèm Đề nghị mời thầu (RFP) và Phạm vi Công việc (SOW): Thiết kế và Sản xuất các sản phẩm truyền thông, RFP VUES-BREQ-22-0007.

Mọi thắc mắc liên quan phải gửi chậm nhất vào 18:00 (GMT +7), ngày 14 tháng 10 năm 2022 đến địa chỉ email VUESProcurement at dai.com<mailto:VUESProcurement at dai.com>. Hồ sơ chào thầu phải gửi chậm nhất vào 18:00 (GMT +7), ngày 28 tháng 10 năm 2022 đến địa chỉ email VUESProcurement at dai.com<mailto:VUESProcurement at dai.com>.



Việc ban hành Đề nghị mời thầu này không cấu thành cam kết, cam đoan hoặc việc trao thầu của DAI và cũng sẽ không cấu thành nghĩa vụ của DAI với bất kỳ cam kết, cam đoan hoặc việc trao thầu trong tương lại. Tuy nhiên, chúng tôi sẽ sử dụng các hồ sơ chào thầu để đánh giá mức độ phù hợp của các dịch vụ kỹ thuật này đối với yêu cầu của nhà tài trợ USAID.



Vui lòng sử dụng file đính kèm “Proposal Checklist” để đảm bảo hồ sơ chào thầu bao gồm đầy đủ các nội dung yêu cầu.



Dự án An ninh Năng lượng Đô thị Việt Nam do USAID tài trợ mong nhận được hồ sơ chào thầu của Quý đơn vị.
