01 Consultant – for consultancy job: Exploring through a consultative process the most appropriate option for the transition of HelpAge International Country Programme to Locally-Led Development - Vietnam

In addition to working with more than 150 network members in 86 countries, HelpAge operates country programme offices in 13 countries across Asia, Africa, Middle East and Eastern Europe.
HelpAge International has been operating in Vietnam since 1997, and the country office was established in 2011. Ever since, HelpAge International in Vietnam has implemented nearly 40 projects in 21 provinces/cities nationwide, working closely with national and local stakeholders. In line with HelpAge International Global Strategy 2030, our commitment to locally-led programming and the Charter for Change, a key step is to transition our country programmes to a Locally-Led Development option.
We are now recruiting a Consultant for the job: Exploring through a consultative process the most appropriate option for the transition of HelpAge International Country Programme to Locally-Led Development.
