This assignment is a part of the technical assistance initiative provided by the ILO to Department of Industrial Relations and Wage [DIRWA, Ministry of Labour Invalids and Social Affairs of Viet Nam] aiming at enhancing effectiveness of Labour Dispute Resolution System with three pilot provinces including Binh Duong, Dong Nai and HCM city
