Dear all,
Women-Led Output-Based Aid (WOBA) Vietnam is a project funded by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) from June 2018 to December 2022. It has two objectives:
Objective 1: To increase access to WASH services, especially for poor and vulnerable households in rural Vietnam. EMW partners with the government at all levels, private sector sanitation suppliers and water scheme operators, to deliver water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) services to five provinces through an output-based subsidy scheme.
Objective 2: To improve gender empowerment and inclusion of women through program implementation and decision making.
We are looking for a small multidisciplinary team of consultants to conduct the Endline Evaluation from October-December 2022. The evaluation focuses on all aspects of the project programming, including sanitation, piped water connection, climate resilient water safety plan, faecal sludge management, menstrual health hygiene training, and other WASH related training.
If interested, please send an EOI and application documents with the subject Endline Evaluation Consultant for WOBA Vietnam to Dr Lien Pham (lien.pham at eastmeetswest.org<mailto:lien.pham at eastmeetswest.org>) by COB 3 October 2022.
