Mekong Economics (MKE) is a leading economic development consulting company
in the Greater Mekong sub-region (Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia). MKE
specializes in providing overseas development aid consulting services to
international development agencies and non-government organizations (NGOs).

We are looking for experts working for the “Strengthening Public Financial
Management in Viet Nam” project (SPFM-Project) funded by GIZ (2023 - 2026)

The SPFM-Project, co-financed by the European Union (EU) and the German
Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), is
scheduled from October 2022 to September 2026 aiming to support Vietnam in
public financial management with three specific objectives:

1. Improving state budget management and revenue forecasting;

2. Enhancing management of public debt;

3. Enhancing tax environment and revenue mobilization.


The job descriptions and required qualifications for the positions needed
are as below.
*K1: National Pool Manager (01 position) – FULL TIME (over the next 2
years)*

*K7: National Expert Pool in State Budget Management and Revenue **Forecasting
(03 positions) -PART-TIME and INTERMITTENT*

*K8: National Expert Pool in Debt Management (03 positions) - PART-TIME and
INTERMITTENT*

*K9: National Expert Pool in Tax Environment and Revenue Mobilization (3
positions) - PART-TIME and INTERMITTENT*

*K10: National Expert Pool in Information system (02 positions) - PART-TIME
and INTERMITTENT*
