UNICEF Viet Nam is looking for an international institution or individual consultant to provide technical support to strengthen child protection social service workforce, including development of the national competencies, policies and guidelines; and development and delivery of training programmes on specialized child protection interventions (advanced training) for managers and frontline workers in the social welfare, health and education sectors.
