The Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC) is a five-year, global project funded by the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). We are seeking a qualified local consultant or consultant team to conduct an assessment of the health information system(s) (HIS) and human resource capacity to respond to emerging, reemerging, and prioritized epidemics in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
