Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC) is a global project funded by the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). EpiC Vietnam’s goal is to deliver efficient, affordable, results-based technical assistance and direct services while closing remaining gaps in Vietnam’s efforts to meet HIV epidemic control targets, combat trafficking in persons, and strengthen health security.  The EpiC Vietnam team is seeking a consultant to help them with various writing and editing tasks associated with their portfolio. The ideal candidate will be capable and available to write technical briefs, academic papers, tools, manuals, and presentations, and edit both native and non-English speakers for improved clarity, comprehension, and readability. Please help to post the attached RFP on your website and circulate it among your networks.
