Dear Potential Vendor,

DAI, implementer of the USAID funded Vietnam Urban Energy Security (VUES), invites for quotation of the Health Insurance Plans for our local employees and eligible dependents in 2023. For further detailed requirements, please kindly refer the attached Request for quotation.

Offerors who are interested in providing the quotation for insurance service to DAI VUES can contact us by email address of VUESProcurement at dai.com<mailto:VUESProcurement at dai.com> for receiving Attachment D and Attachment E of the RFQ.

Please be noted that the following documents should be included in the quotation:

  *   Detailed benefits and sum insured of the proposed health insurance plan;
  *   Company profile;
  *   Wording policy in both English and Vietnamese versions;
  *   Working experiences with USAID funded projects, embassies, NGOs.

Questions must be submitted no later than 18:00 (GMT+7), February 26, 2023 via email to VUESProcurement at dai.com<mailto:VUESProcurement at dai.com>.

Quotations must be submitted no later than 18:00 (GMT+7), March 5, 2023 via email to VUESProcurement at dai.com<mailto:VUESProcurement at dai.com>.
