Dear all,

CRS is seeking a service provider for planning and organizing the EORE communication ceremony in Da Nang on 26 February 2023.

Please refer to the attached Scope of works for detailed requirements.

Interested vendors are invited to submit proposals to CRS (in Vietnamese) including:

  *   A copy of Business license
  *   Company profile with reference list
  *   Detailed work plan
  *   Financial proposal/quotation with detailed breakdown(in VND, VAT included)

Proposals (duly signed, stamped, and scanned) should be sent to email: vn_procurement at crs.org<mailto:vn_procurement at crs.org> no later than 31 January 2023

Inquiries for clarification should be sent to: thuthuy.nguyen at crs.org, and Cc: ngan.pham at crs.org.

Please be noted that only proposals with sufficient information will be shortlisted.

Tổ chức CRS có nhu cầu tìm kiếm đơn vị tổ chức sự kiện cung cấp dịch vụ hậu cần cho Lễ tổng kết hoạt động truyền thông về giáo dục phòng tránh tai nạn bom mìn tại thành phố Đà nẵng, dự kiến vào ngày 26/02/2023.

Yêu cầu chi tiết được nêu trong bản Mô tả công việc đính kèm.

Các đơn vị/nhà cung cấp có năng lực, kinh nghiệm và quan tâm tới gói thầu, vui lòng chuẩn bị hồ sơ chào giá (bằng tiếng Việt) bao gồm:

  *   Bản copy Đăng ký kinh doanh
  *   Hồ sơ năng lực kèm danh sách các gói dịch vụ tương tự đã thực hiện
  *   Bản kế hoạch công việc chi tiết
  *   Bản đề xuất tài chính có phân tách chi phí theo từng hạng mục (bằng tiền Đồng Việt Nam, đã bao gồm thuế GTGT)

Hồ sơ chào giá cần được ký, đóng dấu và scan, gửi email tới CRS theo hòm thư: vn_procurement at crs.org<mailto:vn_procurement at crs.org> muộn nhất vào ngày thứ Ba, 31/01/2023.
Nhà cung cấp nào cần làm rõ thông tin về gói dịch vụ, vui lòng gửi email tới hòm thư: thuthuy.nguyen at crs.org, Cc: ngan.pham at crs.org

Lưu ý: Chỉ những hồ sơ đầy đủ thông tin theo đúng quy định mới được xem xét.
