young people who have been trafficked. After rescuing children from danger

This is a rare opportunity for a key position within Blue Dragon Children’s
Foundation. We are recruiting a new *Head of Communications and Fundraising* to
lead a dynamic, professional department responsible for campaigns, appeals,
sponsorship, business partnerships, grants and reporting,
digital communications, and other aspects of our engagement with the global
community.

The department operates as a network of collaborative teams, each with
their own coordinator. Outstanding communication and teamwork skills are
essential for all staff members. *The Head of this department requires the
skill to bring the teams together, bringing out the best in each person and
fostering a culture of collective leadership.*

We are seeking Expression of Interest from suitably experienced applicants
who have a strong background in nonprofit fundraising
and/or communications; have an excellent track record in leadership; and
are looking to make their mark on the world. A high degree of flexibility
and a willingness to learn are essential.
