To support the Vietnam Administration for HIV/AIDS Control (VAAC) in development of the HIV Info 4.0 health information system, we are looking for a vendor to develop tools for collecting treatment data from hospital information system to HIV Info 4.0 following Decision 130/QĐ-BYT with details as in the Request for Quotation attached.
