The Centre for Promotion of Quality of Life (hereafter called LIFE) is a Vietnamese non-profit organization established in 2007 under the administrative support of the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations (VUSTA). LIFE’s portfolio of projects focuses on improving the quality of life of vulnerable people and communities. LIFE is looking for an enthusiastic and highly committed person to serve as Deputy Chief of Party  (DCOP) to work on the “USAID Local Assistance to Develop and Deliver Excellence, Resilience, and Sustainability in Vietnam (LADDERS)” Project. This project aims at enhanced sustainability of community-level HIV service delivery with three objectives: (1) Increase use of community HIV/AIDS services for key populations; (2) Increase operational and financial sustainability of CBOs, and (3) Improve the enabling environment to support sustainability of community provision of HIV-related goods and services. This position will be based in Ho Chi Minh City, expectedly to start on July 1, 2023, and be complete in December 2026.
