Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) Vietnam is seeking a well-organized audit firm or an independent qualified assessor to conduct an external audit for a project funded by the Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA), UK.

Please refer to the attached TOR in English for more details.

Interested candidates are invited to send a proposal, which must incorporate the following information:

·                  Understanding of the TOR and the activities that are implemented by WCS

·                  Audit approach

·                  CVs of audit team members

·                  Audit plan

·                  Financial proposal (Fee should be quoted in VND including out-of-pocket expenses)
