Dear All,



CRS is currently looking for the Deputy Chief of Party—Operations to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.



Requirements:



  *   Master’s degree or other advanced degree in relevant international development, business administration, finance or other relevant field combined with a minimum of 5 years of experience with USAID-funded projects.
  *   Demonstrated experience supporting complex contracts and agreements, USAID operating procedures, regulations, and reporting requirements is required
  *   Proven ability to leverage and manage partnership and cooperate with host country governments and international partners in implementing donor-funded projects preferred. Experience working with the Indonesian Ministry of Environment and Forestry and BAPPENAS preferred.
  *   Demonstrated experience recruiting, developing, and managing staff, as well as experience managing programmatic and financial reporting.
