Investing in Women (IW), Women in Inclusive Sustainable Economic Recovery, a multi-country Australian Government initiative in Southeast Asia, is excited to announce a Request for Proposals (RFP) for conducting comprehensive market research on Workplace Gender Equality (WGE) tools and services in Vietnam. This RFP is managed by Abt Associates Australia and aims to support IW's objectives to empower women economically across Southeast Asia.
Project Scope:
The selected contractor will conduct a market research study that will deliver actionable insights into the demand and supply dynamics for WGE tools and services in Vietnam. This research is pivotal in helping IW shape effective interventions that promote gender equality in the workplace.
Key Deliverables:
* Desk-based review, including key findings and full reference list;
* Updated Market Research Plan based on the desk-based review, including methods, sampling, key instruments and workplan;
* Research findings, validation and opportunities workshop (to be held with IW and Vietnam services provider);
* Draft and Final Market Research Study (including datasets, an executive summary and ppt presentation of key findings)
Research Areas:
The research will cover:
* General market overview of WGE services.
* Demand analysis including market segmentation and customer behaviour.
* Supply analysis highlighting existing providers, services offered, and market competition.
* Identification of market opportunities and potential threats.
Project Timeline:
The project is expected to commence on July 1, 2024, and will span approximately four months.
Budget:
The budget for this project will not exceed AUD 60,000, and proposals must demonstrate value for money.
Selection Criteria:
Proposals will be evaluated based on the provider's technical capability, understanding of the market, organizational ability, and overall cost-effectiveness.

Proposals must be submitted by 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time on May 20, 2024.
