Dear all,

World Vision International (WVI) USA - Representative Office in Vietnam (here in after referred to as WVI) is looking for consultants to deliver translation services under a framework contract (lasting at least 1 year).

Scope of work: Produce 100% accurate translation (Vietnamese to English and vice versa) of project documents, including (but not limited to) reports, training materials, communication materials, presentation, speeches, video subtitles, etc.

Requirements of the consultant:

  *   Demonstrating an excellent command of English and Vietnamese
  *   Perform terminology research and use the correct terms and names consistently throughout the translated text
  *   Prove experience in development areas, including child protection, livelihood, health & nutrition, Humanitarian and Emergency Affairs & Disaster Risk Reduction, …
  *   Work with the highest professional ethical standards and in keeping with World Vision’s core messages

Interested consultants should submit their proposals addressing the following:

  *   Profile

  *   Scanned copy of the latest business registration (for businesses and organizations)
  *   Including full name, title, agency, contact phone number and email
  *   List of team members and title, including relevant CVs and degrees/ certificates
  *   Relevant experience and/or portfolio

  *   Translation of the required document (attached)
  *   Financial proposal following the attached template.
