I am interested in your call, so, I would like to obtaining further
information about the project / building, specifically regarding the
following aspects:

1. Building Size:
     - Number of stories
     - Total Gross Floor Area (GFA)
2.  Air-Conditioned Areas:
     - Which areas within the building utilize air conditioning?
3. Environmental Sustainability Levels:
     - Is the building aiming for any specific environmentally friendly
certifications, such as LEED, Lotus (silver, gold, platinum), or intent to
become Net Zero Energy, or Net Zero Carbon ...?
