REACH has<br clear="none">grown from the LABS project funded by the Plan Organization in Vietnam since<br clear="none">2004. Since commencing operations to date REACH have supported training and job<br clear="none">placement for more than 9000
youth. REACH works with businesses to identity areas of<br clear="none">opportunities, develop specific curriculums and conduct training. Life skills,<br clear="none">job-preparedness and on-the-job training are other critical components that<br clear="none">make the model so successful. REACH offers 3.5-month intensive vocational<br clear="none">training in: <br clear="none">• Food & Beverage<br clear="none">• Sales & Marketing<br clear="none">• Information technology
