Quỹ hỗ trợ Sự tham gia của Người dân và Trách nhiệm Giải trình
(PARAFF) thông báo MỜI NỘP ĐỀ XUẤT DỰ ÁN số 02 từ các các tổ chức
phi chính phủ Việt Nam, tổ chức quần chúng, tổ chức chính trị xã
hội, hội nghề nghiệp, nhóm cộng đồng, gọi chung là các tổ chức xã
hội. <br>

PARAFF hoạt động nhắm tăng cường sự tham gia của người dân và trách
nhiệm giải trình trong quá trình xây dựng luật pháp và chính sách
thông qua việc tăng cường sự tham gia của các tổ chức xã hội vào
những quá trình nêu trên ở cấp trung ương và địa phương, cũng như
giám sát việc thực hiện.<br>

The Public Participation and Accountability Facilitation Fund
(PARAFF) hereby announces its <b>CALL FOR PROPOSALS No. 02</b> from
Vietnamese non-governmental organizations, mass organizations,
socio-political organizations, professional associations, and
community based groups collectively referred to as social
organisations. <br>
<br>
PARAFF seeks to promote public participation and accountability in
law-making and policy development processes by strengthening
engagement of social organisations in these processes at national
and sub-national levels as well as in monitoring the implementation
of these.<br>
