</span><span style="color:black">international public finance specialist. The international specialist is expected to analyse the existing budget law and proposed revisions with a view to provide recommendations for improving provisions relating to enhancing
participation, transparency, accountability and parliamentary oversight to, among others, ensure a more equitable and inclusive budget process and resource allocation. Attached are the TOR and Evaluation Criteria table for the position.
