</span>To further support the CFBA in reviewing and improving the draft budget law UNDP seeks the engagement of an international public finance specialist and a national public finance specialist. The national specialist is expected to support the international
specialist to analyse the existing budget law and proposed revisions with a view to provide recommendations for improving provisions relating to enhancing participation, transparency, accountability and parliamentary oversight to, among others, ensure a more
equitable and inclusive budget process and resource allocation.<span style="color:black"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
