The objective of the survey is to assess the practical situation (obstacles, inadequacies and weaknesses) of the two current Laws to come up with recommendations for developing a new Law on Laws. The findings shall also serve for planning further technical assistance from the NLD to MOJ and GOV in the legislative reform process of the country.
