<p class="MsoNormal">IOM Vietnam is looking for a National Consultant with expertise on Information, Education and Communication (IEC), based in Ha Noi or in Ho Chi Minh City, for a period 8 months on a part-time basis, from April to November 2014. The National
IEC consultant will assist IOM in the designing and the implementation of an information campaign in selected provinces of Viet Nam, in order to increase awareness and understanding of risks and consequences of irregular migration.<o:p></o:p></p>
